Our company is the official representative in the EU of Ukrainian manufacturers of building sets (house plate sets), the materials and thermal conductivity of which comply with EU norms. House construction sets are a high quality and profitable alternative to classic house construction. The factory manufactures houses, as per standard and individual projects. The client can choose either frame or by SIP panel technologies.
1) Houses on SIP technology with precise adjustment of all building elements in the factory (frame with a roof) - from 235 euros/m2
2) Houses on frame technology (with a roof, windows, doors, rough facade, sewn inside with drywall) - from 540 euros/m2.
In the SIP version the floor and ceiling are padded with OSB panels. In the frame version, the ceilings are insulated, sewn with a wind barrier and drywall.
Structure installation:
7-10 days on a pre-installed concrete slab.

Additional services:
1. Delivery of sets to Germany (4,000-4,500 €/truck). 2. Provision of construction equipment. 3. Law, insurance, security, household (accommodation of builders), construction supervision.
The customer undertakes to pay for non-standard design, work on the zero cycle (installation of a concrete slab), and interior decoration of the building
